1.any building over 400 blocks is promotable to beginner
2.1500 to novice
3. for beginner builder the building needs to be original i mean no houses castles cuboids piramids
4.for novice builder it must be over 10 000 and have a nice design no fucking cuboids castles houses piramids
5. builder(most important) more than 15 000 u need a design too the idea must be original and the op who promotes him give him a zone where he can do it better because eveything can be done better
