Theno OVERPOWERING the sever? Theno Planning to delete guest? Theno Deletes peoples creations for no explained reason?

Gee idk why u wouldn't delete the guest even though u said u would. But maybe things are changing now, and u didn't have to repeat urself, i heard u the first time.

and by the way i made the guest areas u dumbass why sould i delete them? im using them to make a filter grieffers out players in

first of all i promoted u for that shit
second that's only cuboided things and they look awfull
third i said ok then i will give the project to someone else and u said u will start it that afternoon
fourth u can put that picture in your ass
fiveth i told you dumbass they are saved in a backup
and eaven if you are starting the project or not im deleting it
the backup can be restored
but i won't move that to anymap because it doesen't fit

Hi guy, today I went on the server this morning, theno summoned me and showed me some of his creations which was cool, then he offered me an opprutunity to build the eye of sauron 3D, i was flattered but i decided not to take it because i was not ready and not that skilled in that kind of minecraft art, so i said no, then Theno went on trying to convince me on and on and on, i told him about my Hotel i made in guestcheck, for some reason he thought it was just a "nooby" structure, its a guest server, all structures there are gonna be nooby. Then he started putting pressure on me to take this opprutunity, i kept telling him "No im not ready and im not that skilled". Then long story short, he threatened to delete my creations because i wouldn't take this opprutunity. Once i was gonna finish the hotel, after a little i would delete it, but instead. Theno not just deleted my hard-worked unfinished hotel but delete EVERYONE elses creations. And I asked him something and he said "I am the boss of this Server, nobody but me". And i felt like, wtf. Cuz this is a FREE BUILD server, and this guy who seems to be not putting problems not just on me but EVERYBODY in the forums here and this guy says "the guest will be deleted because its just recruiting for future generation. Theno was forcing/putting pressure on me to do something i couldn't do yet and if i didn't take the chance i would get my stuff deleted. Now does that make sense? Whats the whole point of minecraft? To build, to explore, and many things but what we the people put it as is that its about building, and Theno is like disagreeing with that. How could this be allowed? If i hadn't logged on that morning i wouldn't have gotten into this. Im sorry if i threaten or do anything bad about this server, its great but theno has to slow down. He is not the right kind of op personally to me and dont take it critically, because op Helps people with what they need. I was helped the other day how to use cuboid and Theno says "thats just a noob way to make stuff", SO?! half of the creations here are made with cuboid and u DONT delete them and u say they are nooby? Theno has just got to chill. He just has to take it easy im sorry but seriously im not deserving the right kind of respect i should get in a game. But im gonna say this once, with Theno in the way, this server is not gonna get popular or profit or however you guys say it, i mean theno IS a good builder and has ALOT of talent but im sorry its just that I had enough of this. Here are a few pics i took. Now before you look at them, i DID take the opprutunity cuz the ONLY point he proved was "you should start working on better things then just little things", i agree with that but the things i do are like practice/side creations, no so big of a deal stuff you know.
